Heleno & Fonseca has a strong operation in gas and generation and transmission of energy. We pioneered the construction of biogas plants in Brazil, taking advantage of the emission of methane gas generated in sanitary landfills. We implemented the largest biogas project in the world: the Aterro Bandeirantes plant in São Paulo, with an installed capacity of 22 MWh. Our knowledge and specialization in the area ensured our active role in the construction of gas pipelines, thermoelectric plants, air preheating systems in refineries, biochemical gas collection and treatment systems, among others.
